The Perch Point is a true “barndominium” –the entire upper floor of a newly constructed steel building–1800 square feet of space. The outside is “plain”, the inside is anything but — its beautiful, new, spacious and functional for a fantastic stay. The lower level is our storage–nothing will be going on below you during your stay.

Though we love animals and our Ziva rules our own space, she is never allowed in the vacation rental. Pets are not allowed in the suite. Sorry.

We want to be upfront with this in case you need to make an adjustment to your reservation. That being said, having friends and family over for a meal, pickleball, or a game-night is encouraged–we consider it free advertising!
smoking
We have smoke sensitivity ourselves and cater to families with small children. Smoking/vaping of any type must be done away from all buildings in our designated smoking area.
quiet hours
None. Kind of.
The neighbors to the West can hear your loud conversations and music when you are on the deck after dark. So to respect their sleep, please “keep it down” when enjoying the deck in the evening.
