Smoking
We cater to families with small children and have smoke sensitivity ourselves. Smoking of any type must be done at our designated smoking area 20 feet from the house.
No Parties
We want to be upfront with this in case you need to make an adjustment to your reservation.
No Pets
Though we love animals, and our Ziva rules our own space on the main level, she is never allowed in the vacation rentals. Pets are not allowed in The Fly-by or Perch Point. Sorry.
